Materials:
The clay is a white porcelainious stoneware, fired mid-range in an electric kiln to cone 6, balancing durability and strength with vibrancy of color. Colors abound, handpainted with underglazes and and dipped in a glaze colored with Mason stain. Each lady is unique, perfectly asymmetrical, and features variations in line, hue, drips and diffusions (I <3 wonk and color!) Small holes uniformly distributed across her arms allow her to present your flowers, incense, earrings - whatever holds your heart!
